Eliminate Trip Hazards

This trip hazard in a residential concrete walk was eliminated by applying a Fusion-Crete modified overlay in less than 90 minutes with a material cost under $10.00. The after photo is the side view of the repair.

TRIP HAZARD AT BANK BUILDING ENTRANCE

The concrete walk at the entrance to a bank building sank two inches at the threshold creating a trip hazard. A Fusion-Crete modified overlay was applied to correct the walk elevation. Control joint profiles were maintained in the overlay which was carried outward to feather edge at the first control joint making the repair appear as new concrete panels.

The repair has remained fully intact for over six years.

TRIP HAZARD TYPE OVERLAY TO CORRECT DRAINAGE PROBLEM

The area in this photo is an exterior alcove at a swimming pool restroom. Water had been pooling under a vending machine. A Fusion-Crete modified overlay is being installed to correct the drainage pattern.
